One-Time Purchases
We offer a full refund on one-time purchases within 14 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us with the following information:
- The email address associated with your SkiMoMap account
- The date of purchase
- The reason for the refund request
We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

If you see a charge from SkiMoMap that you don't recognize, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We're happy to help resolve any billing issues quickly.
